Blocking Numbers in Talkyto Business

With this update, you gain full control over who can reach you. Talkyto now lets you block phone numbers directly inside the app. This ensures a safer, more private communication experience.

What Does Blocking Do?

When you block a contact or number:

• Calls – The blocked number will not ring your phone.
• Notifications – No alerts or missed call notifications will be shown for blocked numbers.

Blocking is one-way only – you won’t receive communication from the blocked number, but your existing communication history (past chats, call logs) remains accessible.

How to Block a Number

• Go to Service account page → Select specific service account → Blocked Numbers.
• Tap “Block number” and enter the phone number you want to block.

How to Unblock a Number

If you change your mind, unblocking is simple:

1. Go to Service account page → Select specific service account → Blocked Numbers.
2. Tap “Remove”

The number will be removed from your block list and can reach you again.
