Call Logs – Talkyto Business
Introduction
The latest update introduces the ability to view Call Logs directly in Talkyto Business.
This allows Business Admins to access recent call activity for every phone number inside a Service Account, without needing to use the mobile app.

1. Accessing Call Logs in Talkyto Business
Call Logs are available on a per-phone-number basis within each Service Account.
How to access Call Logs
- Open Talkyto Business.
- Go to Service Accounts.
- Select the Service Account you want to view.
- Navigate to Phone Numbers
- Under the Call Logs column, click View for the desired phone number.


2. Viewing Recent Call Logs
After selecting View, you will see a list of the most recent calls made or received by that phone number.
The Call Logs list displays key information, such as:
- Call Flow
- Call direction (inbound/outbound)
- Status
- Duration
- Number of calls
- Timestamp

3. Viewing Detailed Call Information
Clicking on any call entry opens a detailed view.
Here, you can see expanded call information, including additional metadata and technical details useful for troubleshooting or auditing.
