How to Reset Your Password (Forgot Password Guide)

If you’ve forgotten your Talkyto account password — no worries! You can easily reset it in just a few steps.

Step 1 - Go to the Login Page

• Visit your login page in the app
• Click on the “Forgot Password? Click here” link underneath the login form.

Step 2 - Request a Reset Link

• Enter the email address associated with your Talkyto account.
• Click “Confirm”.
• You’ll receive an email with a password reset link within a few minutes.

Step 3 - Reset Your Password

• Open the email and click the “Reset Password” link.
• Choose a new password
• Confirm your new password with "Save."

Step 4 - Log In with Your New Password

• Return to the login page and sign in with your new password.

Didn’t get the email?

• Check your spam/junk folder.
• Make sure you entered the correct email address.
• If you still don’t see it after a few minutes, contact our support team via chat for assistance.

Your account and data stay secure during this process, and only you have access to your new password.
