How do I record calls?
Call Recording in Talkyto
Talkyto gives you the ability to record incoming and outgoing calls, allowing you to review conversations, ensure quality, and stay compliant with your communication policies.
What Is the Call Recording Feature?
With Call Recording, Talkyto automatically saves audio recordings of calls handled through your connected Twilio number(s). You can replay, download, and manage these recordings anytime from your dashboard.
How to Enable Call Recording
- Go to your Talkyto App.
- Navigate to Settings → Voice → Phone number settings (icon on the far right of your number).
- Locate the “Record Calls” on top.
- Enable it to activate recording for all calls.
Accessing Your Recordings
- Head to the Calls page → Recording Logs/Voicemails section in your app.
- Find the call you want to listen to.
- You can: Play the recording, Download/Share the audio file or Delete it
- Download/share or Delete options are visible in the "info" page (far right "i" button )
