How to locate your Talkyto settings (Device ID, User ID, Version)
Why Device ID and User ID are important for troubleshooting
Device ID
- helps us identify the exact device (phone, tablet, computer) where the issue is happening
- Problems can be specific to certain devices or operating systems (e.g., iOS vs Android)
- It allows us to check device-specific logs, errors, and crash reports

User ID
- identifies your specific account within our system
- We can quickly pull up your account settings, activity logs, and subscription status
