My phone calls fail and refreshing doesn't help
Please go to your Twilio console and check the status of the call that didn’t go through. This is something we cannot check for you, unfortunately. If there is an error, it would help us figure out the issue. Click the link for the call that has failed, then click on the Parent Call SID link in the call details, and send us a screenshot of the information provided there.
