Call Recording in Talkyto Business Dashboard

We’ve introduced a new feature in Talkyto Business – the ability to set record calls directly from your Business Dashboard. This gives organizations more control, transparency, and flexibility in managing their communication.


What Is Call Recording?

Call recording allows you to automatically capture conversations made through specific phone numbers in your Business account. The recordings are stored securely and can be accessed anytime from your Talkyto App.


This is especially useful for:

  • Quality assurance – review conversations to ensure communication standards.
  • Training – use real calls to coach new team members.
  • Compliance – maintain records of important calls for legal or contractual reasons.


How to Enable Call Recording

  1. Log in to your Talkyto Business Dashboard.
  2. Go to the Service Accounts page.
  3. Select the Phone numbers tab.
  4. Select the phone number you want to configure
  5. Toggle “Enable Call Recording”.


Once activated, all calls for that number will be recorded automatically.
