How to Configure Voice Settings in Talkyto Business


In the Talkyto Business dashboard, you have full control over your Voice configuration to send or receive calls/voicemails.


How to Access Voice Settings

  1. Log in to your Talkyto Business account and enter your organization.
  2. Go to the Service Accounts page in the dashboard.
  3. Check that all configurations are good
  4. Go to the "Phone numbers" tab
  5. Select all the use cases for that phone number (Voice/SMS) - if 'Voice' is not selected here, you won't be able to receive calls


The account is now set up on organization level, but we still need to set it up on device level:
  1. Go to the "Devices" page in the dashboard
  2. Select the device you want to configure
  3. Go to "Service Accounts" tab
  4. Select the service account you want to give device access to
  5. Press 'Setup' to set up the particular phone numbers you want device to have access to
  6. Select 'Visible' for any phone numbers you want device to see; Select 'Voice' for any numbers you want device to receive or make calls from;
  7. (optional) open the app on the device and go to settings, to 'Voice' and check that the number is selected for 'Allow incoming calls'
