  • My phone calls fail and refreshing doesn't help
    Please go to your Twilio console and check the status of the call that didn’t go through. This is something we cannot check for you, unfortunately. If there is an error, it would help us figure out the issue. Click the link for the call that has failed, then click on the Parent Call SID link in the call details, and send us a screenshot of the information provided there.Few readers
  • I am using an Android and an iOS device, would I have to get two separate subscriptions to use Talkyto on both devices?
    Yes since only one account can be shared within one platform (iOS or Android).Few readers
  • Using one account on multiple devices
    Yes, you can create a separate subscription for each employee’s device, and all of them can be connected to the same Twilio account using the same AccountSID and Auth Token. Alternatively, you may use Twilio subaccounts to manage users more independently. Please note that if you assign different phone numbers to each user under the same Twilio account, all call and messaging data will be visible to others with access to that account.Few readers
  • I bought a new phone number but can't find it to make calls with it.
    If you have a phone number that you purchased on Twilio and it is not showing in Talkyto, you need to go to Settings → Voice → Refresh phone numbers. After a few seconds, the new phone number should be visible for selection.Few readers
  • Setting up Bluetooth in Talkyto
    The headset doesn't work in your Talkyto app? During the call, there is a button to switch the audio output - you can tap that to select the Bluetooth .That should enable the headset to work with the app as expected.Few readers
  • Is it possible to make calls from my computer?
    Calls are only possible from the phone app or an Apple M1 Macs on MacOS that has the Talkto app installed.Few readers
  • Who do I contact for payment related issues?
    All the payments are processed through your app store. To address this matter, we recommend reaching out to the app store for assistance in resolving any payment-related concerns.Few readers
  • How do I set my Caller ID, I get the Field Service Agency text?
    The text you see ('Field Service Agency') is just a label for your account in Talkyto. That text does not represent how your number will be shown to your call recipients and shouldn't be treated as such. Your Caller ID should be set in Twilio; that configuration is not related to Talkyto in any way.
