How to Create Your Contact List in Talkyto?
Building your contact list in Talkyto Business is quick and flexible! You can add contacts manually or import contacts in bulk using a .CSV or .XLSX file. Each contact can be edited and deleted. A contact list can be added to a certain employee's device (Devices → **Name **→ Contact Lists tab)
Option 1: Add Contacts Manually
- Go to your Talkyto Business Dashboard → Contact lists section.
- Click the “Add new contact list” button.
- Click on the name of the contact list
- Click on the "Create Contact" button
- Fill in the contact details: first and last name, Phone number, Email,...
- Click “Submit” — your contact will be added instantly.
Option 2: Import Contacts via File (.CSV or .XLSX)
- Go to Contact Lists → **Select existing contact list **→ button "Import Contacts".
- Upload your file in .CSV or .XLSX format following the presented instructions on the page
- Click “Import **** Contacts” — Talkyto Business will process and add all your contacts in bulk.
Attaching the contact list to a certain Device:
- Go to Devices and select a device
- Go to the Contact lists tab, as shown in the right screenshot below
- Attach a certain Contact list to your Device
