How to Set Up Voicemail in Talkyto Business?

Setting up voicemail ensures your missed calls are handled professionally. You can customize the voice, message, and timeout settings directly in your Talkyto Business account.

How to Set Up Voicemail

Go to your Talkyto Business DashboardService Accounts → **Service Account name **→ **Voicemail **tab.

You will see the following fields:
  • Voicemail Voice: Choose from available voice options (e.g., Woman, Man, ...). This is how your message will sound.
  • Voicemail Message: Enter the message your callers will hear. Example: “It appears that the call cannot be established. Please leave a message after the beep.”
  • Voicemail Timeout (seconds): Set how long the call should ring before the voicemail triggers. E.g., 30 seconds.

After filling in your preferred settings, click Submit.
