Talkyto app first time setup

Getting Started – Quick Guide (Personal use) 1. Download and Install - Install Talkyto from the App Store 2. Sign In - Sign in via email, Apple, Google, or as a guest (your Service Accounts won't be saved once you log out) 3. Connect Twilio - Enter your Twilio Account SID and Auth Token - Save your configuration and verify 4. Set Default Numbers - Choose a number for calls and messages 5. Configure Voice & Messaging - Go to Settings to update credentials and enable voice/messaging features 6. Manage Subscriptions - Subscribe to unlock all features or restore your purchase if already paid 7. Start Communicating - Use the Dial tab to make calls - Use the Messages tab to send and receive SMS/MMS Step-by-step setup for the Talkyto app (Personal use) Step 1 - Twilio - You need a Twilio account, a purchased number, or a verified caller ID on Twilio and Talkyto subscription. - Guide on how to get a Twilio phone number: https://support.twilio.com/hc/en-us/articles/223135247-How-to-Search-for-and-Buy-a-Twilio-Phone-Number-from-Console - Please note that you will need an upgraded Twilio account to make or receive calls via the Talkyto app. Step 2 - Download and Install - After you have a number, install your Talkyto app from the Store. Step 3 - Sign in/Log in - Sign in via email, Apple, Google, or as a guest (your Service Accounts won't be saved once you log out) Step 4 - Connect Twilio Account - After you open the app, you will have to choose between Business code (if you are invited to an organization) or your already existing personal Twilio account. - In this scenario, you will choose the "I have a Twilio account" option that will redirect you to a page where you will have to enter your Twilio Account details. Step 5 - Entering Twillio Account details and configuring Voice/Messaging - Enter your Twilio SID and Auth token to start using Talkyto for receiving and sending calls, SMS, and MMS via your Twilio account. - After entering your SID and token, configure your Twilio Account in order to be up to date with every configuration. - The third step will be selecting your default numbers for calls and messages, you can change them later. - Choose numbers for incoming calls and for incoming messages, also can be changed later. | | | | Step 6 - Inspecitng that default numbers are set - Go to Settings →** Voice** and check that the default call number is properly selected along with all checkboxes you want to include (allow incoming, voicemail, etc..). - Repeat the same steps for Settings → **Messaging **in order to verify selected default messaging number and to allow incoming SMS. - Also check in the phone number settings that your number is properly configured with Talkyto! - You can always update your voice/messaging credentials to be sure that they are up to date! Step 7 - Manage your subscription - Go to **Settings → Subscriptions **there you will be able to restore purchase or upgrade/downgrade your Subscription plan! - Please note that without your subscription you won't be able to send/receive calls or sms.
